Entry Requirements
At Global Education Academy (GEA), we welcome learners from diverse backgrounds who are eager to enhance their knowledge and skills. Below are the general entry requirements for our programs across various levels:
Level 3 Entry Requirements
This foundational program is ideal for those starting their higher education journey.
- Age Requirement: Generally, learners should be aged 16 or above.
- Academic Requirements: Recent students are typically expected to meet one of the following criteria:

- 5 or more GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
- Completion of related Level 2 qualifications or equivalent international certifications.
- English Proficiency: Learners must have a good command of English to access course materials and complete assessments.
- Mature Learners: Those with relevant work experience or other qualifications may also be eligible, even if they don’t meet the above academic requirements.
Level 4 & Level 5 Entry Requirements
These levels offer a pathway to completing an undergraduate degree.
- Level 4 (Equivalent to the 1st Year of University): Requires a full secondary education and a minimum age of 18 years.
- Level 5 (Equivalent to the 2nd Year of University):

- Completion of Level 4 or an equivalent qualification is required.
- This level is comparable to an HNC or other local equivalent qualifications.
- English Proficiency: If English is not your native language, you may need to provide proof of language proficiency, such as IELTS or TOEFL scores, or an equivalent certification.
Level 6 Entry Requirements

- Generally suited for non-graduate mature learners aged 25 years or above with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of Level 5 or an equivalent qualification is also accepted.
Level 7 Entry Requirements

- -A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a minimum age of 22 years.
- Non-graduates aged 24 years or above with at least 5 years of management experience may also apply.
