In the first module, we will explore HR policies and legal issues that organizations must navigate. The final module of the course will focus on the critical role of HR in creating a culture of excellence within organizations with a focus on employee wellbeing. You will learn how HR can shape organizational culture through talent management, employee engagement initiatives, and fostering diversity and inclusion. We will explore strategies for promoting a positive work environment, enhancing employee morale, addressing burnout and developing a culture that aligns with the organization's values and goals.
