There are 3 modules in this course

This module introduces the core leadership mindsets and project management approaches needed to deliver complex projects in life sciences. You’ll learn how to think like a strategist, select the right PM approach for uncertainty, and design realistic yet flexible project plans. You will also practice setting clear objectives, scope, and value, while managing risk and stakeholders in high-accountability environments. The module closes with practical influencing tools such as nudging to help you align teams and move decisions forward without relying only on authority.

This module focuses on the human side of project delivery in life sciences: how to lead teams, make sound decisions under uncertainty, and keep momentum in high-stakes environments. You’ll explore what drives project team performance and motivation, how to build and sustain high-performing teams, and how to make decisions in complex contexts where data, risk, and stakeholder expectations compete. You’ll also learn practical approaches to managing change, strengthening self-leadership, and executing with urgency without sacrificing quality, safety, or alignment.

This module helps you strengthen how you communicate outcomes, transfer knowledge, and sustain impact at the end of a project especially in life sciences settings where continuity, compliance, and patient or operational outcomes matter. You’ll learn how to capture learning systematically, close projects responsibly, and run an effective handover so teams can maintain performance after delivery. You’ll also develop resilience and a personal strategic action plan to carry lessons forward, improve future projects, and lead with consistency under pressure.
