Welcome to 'Using Microsoft Copilot to Understand Your Customer'! By enrolling in this course, you are taking the next step to understanding your customer with GenAI. In the first module of this course, we'll learn how to train your Microsoft Copilot GenAI with data. Then we will learn how to analyze customer data with Microsoft Copilot to define your personas, customer segments, and customer insights. And lastly, you will learn how to apply Microsoft Copilot to enhance your targeting efforts across channels. By the end of this module, you will know how to use Microsoft Copilot to better understand your customer. So let's get started!
In the second module of this course, we'll review how to generate customer personas, customer segments and customer insights with Microsoft Copilot. You will also learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to create reports of your findings to share with your stakeholders.
In the third module of this course, we'll walk through the exercise of enhancing your targeting efforts across channels with Microsoft Copilot. We'll dive deep into three main aspects: SEO Paid Search, and Social. And we'll utilize the work we did in the last two modules.
In the fourth and final module of this course, you'll synthesize your learnings by completing a cumulative, final graded assessment. You'll then learn about next steps for continuing the Specialization.
